You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for providing accurate information in applications and accounts. You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

3. Services and enrollment

Course descriptions, schedules, fees, and certification details are provided in good faith and may change. Enrollment is subject to availability, payment, and our acceptance of your application. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment for reasons including misrepresentation, conduct, or operational constraints.

4. Fees and payments

Fees are as stated at the time of purchase or application unless otherwise agreed. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge applicable amounts. Taxes may apply where required. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of access. Refund policies, if any, will be communicated at enrollment or in separate written terms for specific programs.

5. Intellectual property

Content on the Services—including materials, logos, videos, and software—is owned by Webnest or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access materials for personal, non-commercial learning in connection with your enrollment. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate laws or third-party rights.
• Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Introduce malware, scrape the Services excessively, or interfere with operation.
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee employment, exam passes, or specific career outcomes. Professional certifications are subject to the rules of issuing bodies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webnest and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising from these terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if greater, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webnest and its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms or for other legitimate reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise. Courts in Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rights you may have locally.
